Ozone Therapy

Restoring Wellness at the Cellular Level

Ozone Therapy is a natural and powerful treatment that uses medical-grade ozone (O₃), a form of oxygen, to stimulate the body’s own healing processes. Ozone increases the amount of oxygen in your body, helps eliminate toxins, and supports overall wellness.

Ozone (O₃) is a molecule made up of three oxygen atoms. It’s a highly reactive form of oxygen that, when used in controlled medical settings, helps increase oxygen delivery, reduce inflammation, and stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.

Ozone is introduced into the body (most commonly via IV) where it interacts with blood, tissues, or organs. It triggers a cascade of beneficial responses, including:

The Benefits of Ozone Therapy: Improves Circulation, Anti-Inflammatory, Cellular Rejuvenation, Anti-Aging, Germicidal, Improves Tissue Healing, increases Metabolism, Stimulates Immune System

Why It Matters: The Benefits

What to Expect

Ozone Therapy: Step by Step

Step 1
IV Insertion & Blood Draw

A small catheter is placed in your vein, just like a standard IV. We draw a specific amount of your blood (usually 100–200 mL) into a sterile, closed system collection bag.

Step 2
Ozone Infusion into Your Blood

Medical-grade ozone gas (O₃), precisely measured and generated on-site, is gently mixed with your blood in the bag. This causes your red blood cells to become more flexible, improving circulation, and stimulates immune cells to work more efficiently.

The blood takes on a brighter red color—signaling increased oxygen content.

Step 3
Reinfusion into Your Body

Once fully ozonated, your enriched blood is slowly reinfused back into your body through the same IV line. This is the moment where your body begins responding to the benefits of ozone:

  • Activating antioxidant systems
  • Modulating inflammation
  • Stimulating mitochondrial energy (ATP) production

Supporting detoxification and immune regulation

Step 4
Optional Antioxidant “Chaser”

(Highly Recommended)

Following ozone, a vitamin and mineral infusion—known as the chaser—is administered to replenish nutrients, reduce detox symptoms, and protect your healthy cells. This is especially important because ozone creates oxidative stress, which is beneficial in moderation but must be balanced.

You can relax, listen to music, or chat with your provider during the treatment.

Varies by individual needs—your provider will create a custom protocol. Usually a between 8 to 10 sessions

Some feel energized right away; others experience mild detox symptoms like fatigue or brain fog for 1–2 days as the body clears toxins

OZONE FAQ's

Questions? We're Here for You. Ask us about your custom ozone protocol, or how ozone can pair with IV therapy, NAD+, and other wellness treatments for maximum results.

A: Ozone (O₃) is a powerful oxidant, meaning it reacts quickly with biological tissues to stimulate healing, fight infections, and boost cellular oxygenation. This “oxidative stress” is what activates your body’s natural detox, immune, and regenerative responses.

But just like a workout needs recovery…

After ozone therapy, your body benefits from antioxidants to balance the oxidative stress and protect healthy cells. That’s where the chaser comes in.

A: Vitamin C – Neutralizes excess free radicals created by ozone and reduces inflammation
Magnesium – Calms the nervous system, relaxes muscles, and supports detox pathways
Calcium – Restores cellular balance and promotes healing post-treatment

Together, they help your body recover, reduce side effects, and maximize the benefits of ozone therapy.

Ideally if you can get into a routine with us and come in once a month for a hydrafacial or peel is what we highly recommend. As your skin wants to turn over every 28 days but as we age that gets longer so we need to be doing something to our skin to help that cell turn over.
